Not every brief starts with a camera or a design file. We also work with organisations on the strategic side, helping you figure out what to communicate, to whom, and how. These engagements are scoped, planned, and delivered just like any other project.

Pricing
For student associations, societies, and campus events, many projects are taken on with no fee at all. Whether a project is paid depends on the type of client and what has been agreed in advance. We are always upfront about this from the first conversation.
For businesses and institutions, we work to competitive student rates, significantly below what agencies charge while maintaining professional quality. Pricing depends on scope, deliverable type, and turnaround time, and is agreed before work starts.
Project fees are settled directly with the creative or team involved. Leiden SCA only invoices for platform services: hosting beyond the standard 7-day window and distribution list sending. Standard web-resolution delivery is always included at no extra charge.
